Political contributions are subject to Massachusetts campaign-finance laws, contribution limits, source restrictions, disclosure requirements, and reporting requirements administered by the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance. The applicable rules may depend upon the contributor and the type of political committee receiving the contribution.
By contributing, you certify that:
- The contribution is made from your own funds unless otherwise lawfully disclosed
- The contribution is not being made in the name of another person
- You are legally permitted to make the contribution
